The subject of the order includes the provision of funeral services. Part I of the subject of the order includes burials, the traditional provision of funeral services for the deceased, to whom the Social Welfare Center of the Mokotów District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw is obliged to provide arranging a funeral, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 17 section 1 point 15 and art. 44 of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended), Art. 10 section 3 of the Act of January 31, 1959 on cemeteries and burial of the dead (i.e. Journal Laws of 2025, item 1590 from Mon. amended) and Resolution No. LX/1840/2009 of the Capital City Council Warsaw of August 27, 2009 on the rules for performing funerals and the reimbursement of funeral costs carried out by the capital city. Warsaw (Journal of Laws of the Masovian Voivodeship No. 143, item 4339), amended by Resolution No. No. XV/948/2025 of the Council of the Capital City of Warsaw of August 28, 2025 (Journal of Laws of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship of 2025, item 7936, amended).
