The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering works in the field of forest breeding, to execution in the Staszów Forest District in 2026. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of the services constituting the subject matter orders referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 100% of the value of this order.
