1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a file matrix, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex 1 to this Specification. 2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. 3.Other terms of the order specifies the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to these Specifications Co-financing of the order under the Project: "Improvement of access to psychiatric care in the community model for children, adolescents and adults at the Ludwik Specialist Hospital Rydygiera w Krakowie sp. z o.o. as part of FEM for Małopolska for 2021-2027. NOTE: The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the contract award procedure in the event of failure to allocate the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for financing the order (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law). CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE AND THE METHOD OF ASSESSING THE MEETING OF THESE CONDITIONS 1.
