The subject of this public contract is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed result (savings in operating costs related to energy use - hereinafter referred to as "services") for buildings owned by the city of Břeclav, which is to reduce the energy performance of buildings owned by the city of Břeclav, leading to Financial savings of the cost of operating these buildings.

These are comprehensive services including the preparation, implementation and subsequent long -term monitoring and evaluating the results of the energy -saving measures implemented, and the selected supplier will provide the contracting authority for the expected economic benefits. The supplier himself proposes the specific energy -efficient measures and includes in the EPC project, which subsequently implements in the buildings. The proposed energy -efficient measures will be expected to include the area of ​​heating, lighting, power consumption or even cold water, etc. Supplier It carries the relevant risk of failure in achieving the implementation of the implemented and implemented measures.
