The Damascus Health Directorate announces, with full speed, its desire to hold a tender to provide endocrine, asthma, and skin medicines needed by the Damascus Health Directorate (present goods) in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial). Delay fines are one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value
