PACKAGE 1 PACKAGE 2 1. The subject of the order is the supply of disposable, non-sterile materials - a care set according to 2 packages, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex 1 to this Specification. 2.Expiration date/warranty period subject of the order: cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 1.
