Providing development services for components of the e-Podatki System 1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor of development services for components of the e-Taxes System, under a framework agreement within the meaning of Art. 311 section 1 point 1) in connection with joke. 313 section 1 of the Act, by a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement or until the funds allocated for the implementation of the subject of the order are exhausted. 2. Details regarding the description of the subject of the order and the method of its implementation are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the order (hereinafter: "OPZ"). 3. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are described in the draft provisions of the framework agreement (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).
