Providing data transmission services via a private APN for the needs of the State Emergency Medical Services Command Support System
The subject of the order is the provision of data transmission services via private APN for the needs of SWD PRM for 2, 000 mobile terminals (tablets), 2, 000 GPS devices, 2, 000 portable routers and 2, 000 access stations in places where medical rescue teams are stationed for a period of 36 months, but not earlier than November 27, 2026. The Contractor will deliver 8, 000 active SIM cards and 1, 000 SIM cards ready for use in the event of a failure or increase in demand for SIM cards during the operation of the contract. The service will be provided within the territory of the Republic of Poland and in the border zone, using international roaming with other European Union countries.
The Ordering Party is currently using a private APN service that is running based on the infrastructure of P4 sp. z o. o. for the needs of SWD PRM. The service uses two redundant links to two points of contact with the Ordering Party's infrastructure.
In order to ensure greater coverage and redundancy in relation to the current solution, it intends to purchase and use the service of a second APN from it in parallel to the currently operating APN solution.
Due to the above, the Ordering Party requires that the service be provided on a different telecommunications infrastructure in terms of points of contact with the Ordering Party's network and in terms of local BTS relays than currently provided...
