Providing comprehensive ZSI software development services (Integrated Information System) (Production 2.0) 1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement", for the provision of comprehensive manufacturing services ZSI software (Integrated Information System) (Production 2.0) implemented by the Contractors, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in accordance with the draft Framework Agreement, constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 2. The draft Framework Agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ presents the Framework Agreement within the meaning of Art. 7 point 26 of the Public Procurement Law in connection with joke. 311 of the Public Procurement Law (and further) and specifies the conditions for awarding individual executive orders awarded by concluding executive agreements, hereinafter referred to as the "Executive Agreement" with the Contractor.
