1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements within each part within the meaning of Art. 311 of the Act and its implementation will take place by awarding executive orders to Contractors by the Ordering Party for the provision of comprehensive services in the field of providing human resources from the IT industry to perform tasks as part of projects and works carried out by the Ordering Party under the framework agreement for a period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement by hiring consultants who meet the specified criteria requirements and having specific competences and experience. 2. As part of this service, for each part, the Contractor will ensure the provision of IT services by consultants to and under the supervision of the Ordering Party, will provide support HR and payroll of consultants and will ensure supervision over the implementation of the contract to the extent necessary to ensure the continuity of services provided by consultants. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the requirements for IT staff constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order have been described in the Draft provisions of the framework agreement (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and in the Draft provisions of the executive agreement (Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement framework).
