The subject of the Order is the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for fire protection installations and devices as well as electronic security systems at PGE Gryfino Dolna Odra sp. z o. o. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). 3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the Order using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2) and section 3) Public Procurement Law, Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described - on the principles described in Art. 101 section 4 and section 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
