Tender Details

The subject of this order is the comprehensive cleaning service of real estate occupied by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture located in the province. Opole region using cleaning products and materials the Contractor's operational equipment and devices and tools owned by the Contractor, as well as ongoing maintenance of some elements of the Ordering Party's real estate. The subject of the order includes: 1) year-round maintenance of cleanliness of internal areas (office rooms, sanitary, social, technical and other facilities located in buildings) with a total area of ​​6, 610.01 m in 11 facilities occupied by the Ordering Party, 2) year-round maintenance of cleanliness of external areas with a total area of ​​2, 971.56 m around 5 facilities occupied by the Ordering Party, and3) covered by the Purchase Option Right, 396 man-hours of ongoing maintenance of certain elements of buildings occupied by the Ordering Party. A detailed list of internal and external areas covered by this order constitutes respectively, Attachment No. 8A to the SWZ (Appendix No. 1A to the draft provisions of the contract) and Attachment No. 8B to the SWZ (Appendix No. 1B to the draft provisions of the contract)
