1. Description of required services: 1) Cleaning: The subject of the order is a comprehensive cleaning service on the University premises, including daily service, cleaning of teaching, office, sanitary, social and catering rooms and guest rooms. The scope of work includes, among others: cleaning traffic routes, toilets, rooms, laboratories and offices, replenishing hygiene products, emptying bins while observing the principles of waste segregation and responding to random events. The service also includes stay monitoring cleanliness, taking care of the facilities and equipment of the cleaning staff. Additionally, periodic thorough works are planned to be carried out during breaks (summer, winter and Christmas), including washing windows, cleaning walls, lighting, equipment and thorough maintenance and disinfection of floors and sanitary faucets. The Ordering Party requires the service to be performed in shifts, ensuring continuous maintenance of the standard of cleanliness, in accordance with the schedule below: a) Morning service: Monday, Saturday from 06:00 to 14:00 (staff: 1 employee).b) Afternoon service: Monday and Saturday from 14:00 to 22:00 (staff: 2 employees).
