Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of a comprehensive catering service in the process of updating the Development Strategy of the Witokrzyskie Voivodeship 2030+.2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. The contractor will be obliged to provide experience catering service at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, at the indicated time, preparation/distribution/service/serving of catering and tidying up the place where catering is served after its completion.4. The planned number of events is specified in point. I SOPZ - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, with the reservation that the minimum number of events at which the catering service will be provided (including one conference) is 15, the maximum is 18. The contractor should accept the maximum number of events in the submitted offer, i.e. 18. 5. Place performance of the service: in the Witokrzyskie Voivodeship in public utility facilities enabling the provision of catering services, in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements specified in the SOPZ. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor 10 days before the planned event about place of catering delivery.6.
