Detailed description of the subject of the order, including precise quantitative parameters, catalog of menu modules, dietary guidelines and stringent quality, sanitary (HACCP/GHP) and environmental requirements (ban on using disposable tableware, excluding packaging). ecological permitted directly in selected Modules, the obligation to use a low-emission fleet (vehicles meeting exhaust emission standards of at least Euro 5, waste segregation rules) are detailed in the document "Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ)", constituting Annex No. 2 to the proposed Framework Agreement (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ)
