Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a collagen guide for peripheral nerve regeneration to the premises of the Ordering Party (Kraków, os. Zotej Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to the specification.2. Validity date/period warranty for the subject of the order cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to ask Contractors, at the stage of examination and evaluation of offers, to provide samples of the offered subject of the contract in order to test them and check.4. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
