On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of closed training services entitled: "Training in working at heights". The offer should be prepared in accordance with Annex No. 1.Training service - in accordance with Art. 43 section 1 point 29 letter c of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws No. 54, item 535, as amended), we declare that the training is an event aimed at improving professional qualifications and is entirely financed from public funds. Due to the above, it is subject to an exempt VAT rate. Target group: The training is intended for employees (UDT Inspectors) who work at heights in a variable environment where it is not always safety points are designated.
