​On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of closed training services entitled: "Fire protection of facilities and technical maintenance of heating installations." The offer should include: prepared in accordance with Annex No. 1. Training service - in accordance with Art. 43 section 1 point 29 letter c of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws No. 54, item 535, as amended), we declare that the training is an event aimed at improving professional qualifications and is entirely financed from public funds. Due to the above, it is subject to an exempt VAT rate.Target group:Employees of the Office of Technical Inspection.Conditions of order execution:•Training in the form of stationary;•Time planned for the entire training - 2 training days, 16 clock hours including breaks;•number of groups - 1;•number of participants - maximum 19;•Catering - 2 coffee breaks and lunch - on the Client's side;•Transport and accommodation of participants after the Client's side;• Possible travel and accommodation of the lecturer - on the Contractor's side;• Training completion date: October 2026. - date to be determined;•At the stage of submitting the offer, the Ordering Party requires the contractor to provide a preliminary program substantive;•Training place - UDT Headquarters in Warsaw;•The order will be carried out in the form of a written contract;•The price of the training should include the preparation and delivery of training certificates and surveys.Additional information: The price includes...
