On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of closed training services entitled: "Electromobility". The offer should be prepared in accordance with Annex No. 1. Training service - in accordance with Art. 43 section 1 point 29 letter c of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws No. 54, item 535, as amended), we declare that the training is an event aimed at improving professional qualifications and is entirely financed from public funds. Due to the above, it is subject to an exempt VAT rate.Target group:Employees of the Office of Technical Inspection.Conditions of order execution:•Training in stationary form;•Time planned for the entire training - 1 training day, 4 hours + breaks (10:00-14:00);•number of groups - 1;•number of participants - maximum 73;•Catering - coffee breaks and lunch - on the side Client;•Travel and accommodation of participants on the Client's side;•Possible travel and accommodation of the Trainer - on the Contractor's side;•Training deadline: October 23, 2026;•At the stage of submitting the offer, the Ordering Party requires the contractor to provide an initial substantive program;•Place of the training...
