​On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of closed training services entitled: "Centrifugal pumps". The offer should be prepared in accordance with Annex No. 1. Training service - in accordance with art. 43 section 1 point 29 letter c of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws No. 54, item 535, as amended), we declare that the training is an event aimed at improving professional qualifications and is fully financed from public funds. Due to the above, it is subject to an exempt VAT rate.Target group:Employees of the Office of Technical Inspection.Conditions of order execution:•length of training - 4 days (34 teaching hours + breaks);•number of groups - 1 (training stationary);• number of participants - maximum 10;• training room and catering (2 coffee breaks and lunch every day) - on the Contractor's side;• number of trainers - 2;• The Contractor provides appropriate teaching and laboratory facilities enabling implementation of the practical part;• accommodation and transport of trainers - on the Contractor's side; • accommodation and transport of participants - on the Ordering Party's side; • Training completion date: VII-IX.2026. • The price of the offer should include training materials, surveys, a report surveys and a certificate of completion of the training. • The order will be implemented in the form of a written contract; Additional information: Please include all costs necessary to provide the service in the offer price.
