Short description of the procurement: The procurement is searched for KLAT providers. The object of the procurement is the provision of the service in accordance with the regulation provided for in Social Welfare Act (SHS) in Chapter 3 of Social Welfare Act (SHS). The service of a closed child care institution (SHS § 130¹ (1)) is a 24 -hour service for a child whose behavior endangers his or her own life, health or development, or the life or health of other persons, and it is not possible on the basis of a court order. The service that is the subject of the procurement will be provided to children with normative intelligence.
