Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive services for maintaining cleanliness and order inside the Aquapark facility at ul. Grottgera 4, 64-920 Piła. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and a list of rooms to be cleaned can be found in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. When implementing the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to use professional machines and devices (in accordance with the list in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ). 4. The scope of the order includes the purchase of chemicals, agents and hygiene materials and all materials necessary to perform the service. 5. In order to maintain the standard of service required for water park facilities, the contractor will use biodegradable chemicals, the list of which and data sheets characteristics will be attached by the Contractor to the offer. 6. Persons performing the activities required by the subject of the order must wear identical clothes and name badges. 7. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law requires employment by contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract of all persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 640, as amended) consisting in cleaning rooms and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. 8.
