Providing cleaning services for university teaching facilities at ul. Racławicka 15-17, building D, D-E and E in Koszalin 1. The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning services for university teaching facilities at ul. Racławicka 15-17, building D, D-E and E w Koszalin to the extent specified in the Specification of Terms of Order (SWZ) and the Price Form constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and technical requirements is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The ordering party does not make any dividing the order into parts. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The need to coordinate different contractors carrying out individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the contract, as well cause excessive technical difficulties or excessive costs of performing the order. The subject of the order is adapted to be carried out by small and medium-sized entities. 4. The Ordering Party will apply the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Act PZP, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 5. Ordering Party allows for the possibility of carrying out a local inspection of the place of execution of the order as an auxiliary activity in order to properly prepare the offer, after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party on the date and time...
