Provision of indoor cleaning services Podlasie Regional Branch of ARiMR and subordinate organizational units, as well as cleaning and maintenance of external areas around the offices of ARiMR District Offices in Wysokie Mazowieckie and Zambrów in the period from the conclusion of the contract regarding the procurement public until January 31, 2027 (not earlier than August 1, 2026) 1. The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning services in the premises of the Podlasie Regional Branch of ARiMR and subordinate organizational units, as well as cleaning and maintenance of areas external around the headquarters of ARiMR District Offices in Wysokie Mazowiecki and Zambrów in the period from the date of conclusion of the public procurement contract to January 31, 2027, no earlier than August 1, 2026, in the following scope: 1) services provided daily, including: a) cleaning desks with structures and glass covers, as well as tables, chairs and devices intended for beneficiaries at Customer Service Points, the Regional Branch secretariat and offices of District Offices, b)emptying waste bins and containers in office shredders, including the replacement of foil inserts and each time removal (waste, scraps) to the appropriate place in accordance with the waste collection and segregation system applicable in the facility and current regulations regulations in this regard, c) cleaning flat floor surfaces (stoneware, tiles, terracotta) and the surfaces of landings and stairs within communication routes, d) cleaning...
