Warsz... 1.The subject of the order is the provision of a service cleaning the internal surfaces of buildings located on the premises of the Koło Resident Service Complex, the Real Estate Management Plant in the Wola District of the capital city of Warsaw Warsaw. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the designed ones provisions of the contract, which are an integral part of the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to: •provided cleaning services for at least 4 people employed in a maximum of 2 full-time positions. •had a person acting as a work coordinator. • had a civil liability insurance policy for his business, with an insured amount of not less than PLN 176, 000.00 for the entire duration contracts. In the event of obtaining an order for more than one part of the order regarding the cleaning service of internal surfaces (TZOM Koło, and/or TZOM Młynów, and/or TZOM Nowolipki, and/or TZOM Ogrodowa), the Contractor cannot indicate the same persons employed to perform the contract for various parts of the order. The contractor's duties include: • will ensure the presence of the work coordinator to inspect the buildings, in the number offered in the offer. The inspection will be carried out on different days week.
