Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning services in the facilities of the Wybrzeże Theater and the adjacent outdoor areas. 2. The Ordering Party has divided the subject of the contract into 2 parts and allows the submission of offers for any number of parts: 1) Part 1 - Provision of services cleaning in the facilities of the Wybrzeże Theater at ul. Saint Ducha 2 and ul. Teatralna 2 in Gdańsk together with the external area adjacent to these facilities, 2) Part 2 - Providing cleaning services in the facility of Teatr Wybrzeże at ul. Bohaterow Monte Cassino 30 in Sopot and the adjacent area external. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes 12a, 12b to the SWZ. Providing cleaning services in the facilities of the Wybrzeże Theater at ul. Saint Ducha 2 and ul. Teatralna 2 in Gdańsk together with the adjacent outdoor area. Detailed description of the subject of the order part 1 of the order is included in Annex 12a to the SWZ. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law requires the contractor to employ persons under an employment contract. This requirement applies to both the Contractor and Subcontractors participating in the execution of the order throughout the entire performance period orders. The Ordering Party requires the employment of people on the basis of an employment contract, taking into account at least the minimum remuneration for work established on the basis of the Act of October 10, 2002 on the minimum remuneration for work.
