The subject of the order is: Provision of cleaning and internal transport services on the premises of the Provincial Hospital in Płock. Providing cleaning services and internal transport on the premises of WSzZ in Płock. 1. Scope the subject of the order includes: 1.1. Maintaining cleanliness on the premises of the Provincial Hospital in Płock (internal and external areas). 1.2. Maintenance of green areas belonging to the Hospital (including snow removal in winter and maintenance sidewalks). 1.3. Manual transport, inside the hospital (transportation of bedding, furniture, equipment using transport trolleys and other fixed assets constituting hospital property). 1.4. Clothes deposit service. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, a description of the Ordering Party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance is specified in the following documents, which are an integral part of the SWZ: a) description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, b) draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
