Ensuring public catering in the XIX. district This public procurement procedure is launched in the subject "Kindergarten, school and adult (social) catering in the XIX district", Budapest Capital XIX. operating in the administrative area of ​​the district, the Technical description indicated in its annex, the Municipality. to provide public catering services in kindergartens, primary schools and high schools, as well as summer day camps, as well as adult social institutions, in the Technical Description with the operation of 10 designated serving kitchens and to fulfill the related contractual obligations according to the conditions set out in the Contract and its annexes (thus especially in the technical description). The contract to be concluded during the procedure is 12 months is concluded for a fixed period of time, which can be extended by a further 12 months with a unilateral declaration by the Bidder. Planned start date of the contract: 02.07.2026. The procedure is for an estimated value exceeding the EU value limit, the Code of Civil Procedure. According to Annex No. 3 it is considered a social and other service, therefore the Kbt. Section 21 (2) according to which the rules of Part Three shall apply.
