Providing the Central Printout service along with the lease and comprehensive service of multifunctional devices and software at the Tax Administration Units in Gdańsk.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Annexes No. 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d. The subject of the order for the provision of the Central Printout service together with the lease and comprehensive service of multifunctional devices and software at the Tax Administration Chamber in Gdańsk is the Central Printout service, i.e. printing, copying and scanning of documents.
Range the Contractor's work includes:
a) delivery of multifunctional devices and servers in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, i.e. in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the Table constituting Annex No. 1 a) to the SWZ together with the installation of devices for individual locations of the Ordering Party: installation, application configuration,
b) effective commissioning and configuration of devices in individual locations of the Ordering Party's Entities,
c) training people in how to operate each device at the place of its operation,
d) training system administrators in the use of the software monitoring the full range of functionality.
Together with the multifunctional devices, in the price of the service provided, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the software necessary to provide the Central Printout service, which is the subject of the order in these proceedings.
