Tender Details

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services for the needs of the Provincial Labor Office in Krakow as part of the live and work in Maopolska project (stage 1). 2) Catering services will be provided for a maximum of 400 participants as part of meetings organized by the Ordering Party and held in places indicated by the Ordering Party located in the Maopolskie Voivodeship, on the dates indicated in the Description of the Subject of the order.3) Meetings referred to in section 2 may take place simultaneously on the same date, in several places located in the voivodeship Maopolskie, every day of the week.4) As part of the implementation of this contract, the Contractor undertakes to: a) prepare dishes, b) deliver ordered dishes, c) provide appropriate service during meetings, d) ensure the appropriate temperature of served dishes, e) have an appropriate equipment ensuring the implementation of the catering service.5) A detailed description of the item and the conditions for the execution of the order are set out in the annexes to the following: a. No. A to SWZ, description of the subject of the order (OPZ), a. No. B for SWZ - model contracts.
