Tender Details

1. The order will include the provision of a catering service consisting in the provision of comprehensive services including: preparation and delivery of dishes, serving meals by professional and competent staff, provision of tables and appropriate tableware tableware, glass and decorations, depending on the type of meeting and the rank of guests, as well as cleaning after the service.2. Catering services will be provided as part of meetings organized by the Ordering Party and held in places indicated by of the Ordering Party located in the Maopolskie Voivodeship. A one-time order may include catering services provided during meetings organized for mines. 5 people, and max. 200 people 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using it as part of the order from option law. The subject of the contract under the option will be able to be performed up to 12 months from the date of completion of the basic order or until the amount allocated for its implementation is exhausted, under the same conditions as those provided for the basic order.4.
