Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services to the Ordering Party - the service of preparing and delivering meals for children attending the Kindergarten No. 1 in Brusy located at ul. Armii Krajowej 1A. 2. Place of implementation services: Kindergarten No. 1 in Brusy ul. Armii Krajowej 1A.3. The subject of the order includes the preparation of three meals a day, i.e. breakfast, a two-course lunch (soup, main course) and an afternoon snack for a group of up to 68 children. Meals will be provided in all working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays and days off from kindergarten classes, about which the Contractor will be notified within a minimum of 7 days, except for exceptional situations documented by the Ordering Party, e.g. the need to temporarily close the kindergarten by sanitary services or caused by situations beyond the control of the Ordering Party.4. Meals will be delivered twice a day from 7.45 a.m. to 8.15 a.m. breakfast and from 10.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. lunch and afternoon snack.5.
