Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services, including the provision of afternoon tea for participants of the Day Support Facility in the Igoomia Wawrzeczyce Commune, operating within the structures of the Igoomia Wawrzeczyce Commune as part of a project co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Maopolska 2021-2027.2. The order covers the delivery of up to 32, 400 afternoon teas in the planned period from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028 (an average of 225 meals per week, i.e. an average of 45 meals per day). 3. Required composition of the meal referred to in point 2: Sandwich or buka with cheese or white cheese or egg or ham with fresh vegetables such as lettuce or peppers or cucumber or tomato or bun with stuffing (marmalade, buds, fruit, cheese); sandwiches or buns or buns are to be wrapped individually in paper lunch bags or cling film for protection and 1 piece of fruit, washed, in cling film for protection.
