Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of catering services in the field of preparation, delivery and serving of ready-made hot meals - lunch (catering) for Public Primary School No. 2 with Integration Departments. Kazimierza Puaskiego in Warka, ul. Polna 17, 05 - 660 Warka - 350 meals The school has kitchen facilities capable of serving a maximum of 150 meals a day for grades 4-8, but meals must be delivered in disposable dishes/cutlery. Students in grades 0-3 can receive meals in dishes single-use, provided that the meal will be served in the classroom and not on the canteen. Special requirements: 1. Pursuant to Art. effective from September 1, 2015. 52c. paragraph 1 of the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023 pos. 1448, as amended) in the units of the education system: a) only foodstuffs included in the groups of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and young people in these units specified in the regulations issued on the basis of paragraph. 6 point 1 ;b) within mass catering for children and adolescents, only foodstuffs that meet the requirements may be used...
