Tender Details

part A: providing care services to clients of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Chodzież. The basic order covers the provision of up to 8, 000 clock hours of care services. The ordering party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right covering the performance up to 4, 000 additional clock hours of care services above the scope of the basic order. The exercise of the option right will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party and the number of people requiring support. For one hour the service is required understands 60 minutes of actual service provision to the recipient. The services include, in particular, assistance in meeting everyday living needs, hygiene care, care recommended by a doctor and ensuring contacts with the environment. Services n/a implemented from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2026 or until the maximum number of hours covered by the order is exhausted (taking into account the option rights), depending on which event occurs first.
