The subject of the order is the provision of care services at the place of residence for residents of the Opalenica Commune, in accordance with the scope determined in the administrative decision granting the benefit. The order will be implemented from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The services are to be provided on working days, holidays and non-working days, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The estimated number of hours planned for the duration of the basic order is approximately 5, 500, 1 hour of services provided is 60 minutes of the actual time of their provision, in including the provision of services to the beneficiary outside his or her place of residence, e.g.: handling matters in institutions, time for shopping, filling prescriptions, registering doctor's appointments, taking him to health care facilities, or handling important matters for the beneficiary. The time required to provide services does not include travel time or time to reach the beneficiary. The above-mentioned number of hours and people under care are estimates.
