The Labor Inspectorate wishes to obtain a complete solution for a call center during the period 01.01.2026-31.12.2029, which allows for service and outgoing calls, send out SMS notifications or to carry out clients' mass information through SMS. The structure of the call center is subject -based, ie each topic is separate Service number - Information line. The calls arrived at the service number will be directed to the order of the corresponding information line. Each order is served by a different group of agents and agents may be in different groups at the same time. The agents of the call center are placed all over Estonia.
