Assistance mission to La Fab for communication, mediation and animation related to urban projects Merignac Marne and Merignac Soleil

Located in the west of the Bordeaux agglomeration, around major communication axes for the entrance of agglomeration that are the avenue of the MarFor the Marne sector and the Sommes / Kennedy avenues for the Soleil sector, the two project sites are characterized by their commercial function inherited from the urbanization of the 1960s. The first ambition is the development of a mix of uses. for these neighborhoods, whose commercial vocation will remain, while creating favorable conditions for coexistence with new logwhich meets the expectations and needs of future purchaser households.

Main Site: Bordeaux Metropole Territory - Marne and Soleil Sectors Merignac Commune.

The framework agreement covers 3 missions:

Mission 1: Definition of a strategy and a communication device - mediation - animation adapted to publics, neighborhoods and urban projects: formalization of an action plan; Mission 2: Design of a visual identity of urban projects, declinable on all types of media

Mission 3: Implementation of the action plan

Framework agreement goes into competitive procedure with negotiations in application of Articles 25-II .5 and 71 to 73 of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016.
