Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of broadband data transmission services between buildings housing schools and the point of traffic exchange with the OSE Network. Broadband connections will always end with an Ethernet connector and will meet the following requirements: guaranteed symmetrical (both-sided) throughput of at least 100 Mb/s each - while maintaining defined quality parameters. Providing broadband data transmission services between buildings housing schools and the traffic exchange point with The OSE network will take place in Variant A or Variant B, referred to in Chapter VIII, point 2 of the Request for Proposal.2. The subject of the order is divided into Parts marked from 1 to 35. Each Part of the procedure covers a separate, single location, listed by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 6 to the Request for Quotation, i.e. detailed address data.3. The regulations contained in this Request for Quotation should be treated similarly for each Part of the order, with the exception of individual items Price form (Attachment No. 4 to the Request for Quotation and at the same time Attachment No. 6 to the Agreement - List of School locations), which were prepared separately for each Part of the order (each item of the Price Form is a separate Part of the procedure).
