Delivery and service of eight (including two mobile) payment terminals operating based on wired or wireless communication GPRS The subject of the order is the provision of banking services, including granting a working capital loan in a current account for SPS ZOZ in Lębork, as well as the supply and operation of payment terminals. Part No. 1 1.The subject of the order is provision banking services including granting a working capital loan in a current account to the Ordering Party, consisting of: 1) maintaining bank accounts, 2) granting a revolving loan in a current account in Polish zlotys in the amount of up to PLN 10, 000, 000.00, 2. The subject of the order includes a full banking service for the Ordering Party along with granting a revolving overdraft facility in the amount of up to PLN 10, 000, 000.00, consisting in particular of: 1) opening and maintaining accounts bank accounts, including one current account in PLN and up to 25 auxiliary/separate accounts opened at the written request of the Ordering Party within no more than 48 hours from the moment of submitting the application via electronic media. Currently, the Ordering Party does not use foreign currency accounts, but reserves the right to open such accounts in the future, depending on needs (without additional fees), 2) cash service, including performing operations...
