Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of authoring supervision services for the InfoMedicaPlus and AMMS Plus Application Software modules. The scope and detailed technical requirements of the subject of the order are specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Agreement, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. In each case, in the description of the subject of the order, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems are used, as referred to in referred to in art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contractor should assume that such a reference is accompanied by words or equivalent words. The Ordering Party does not require the said means of evidence in these proceedings. No division was made in the proceedings in question. orders in parts due to the specificity of the subject of the order. The lack of dividing the order into parts will not affect the possibility of applying for such an order by small and medium-sized enterprises.
