Part 1 - providing assistant services to disabled people. The subject of the order is the provision of personal assistant services for 7 project participants (persons with disabilities, hereinafter referred to as OZN), residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the commune. Nowe Ostrowy. Assistant services will be provided to increase the chances of independent functioning of project participants. It is estimated that support will be allocated to each project participant in the amount of 40 hours per month.
