The subject of the order is the provision of assistant services to people with disabilities at their place of residence and, in justified cases, in public space for 6 participants, with a maximum of 6 300 hours. Assistant services will be provided to people with disabilities at the participant's place of residence and, in justified cases, in public spaces. They include, in particular, assistance in everyday life activities, support in moving around, organizing the day, and social contacts. and strengthening the participant's independence. Support will be provided in accordance with an individual service plan. The scope of services will include, among others: assistance in dressing, preparing meals, maintaining personal hygiene, and assistance in establishing and maintaining social relationships.7.
