On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of assistance services for the CIRESON Business Management Suite system. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER AND CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION - PLEASE READ THE TEMPLATE AGREEMENTS - "ANNEXES"1. The order concerns technical assistance for the Cireson Business Management Suite software licenses held by the Ordering Party, including the following packages: a. Service Managementb. Asset Managementc. Console Managementd. Community Apps. Cireson Plus Small2. A detailed list of applications is available at https://cireson.com/.3. The assistance applies to the package of licenses held by the Ordering Party for end users.4. This assistance includes:a. Informing the Ordering Party about errors i providing software updates including corrections and changes that improve the functioning of the system or individual applications. b. Providing updates that will be released during the term of the contract - the ability to use the latest versions software.c. Analysis of reported problems, including removal of possible errors in the operation of the software. d. Access to the manufacturer's support panel .e. 10 hours of manufacturer consultation.5. The order will include system development services Cireson, SCSM and Orchestrator. Services will be ordered according to needs and do not have to be completed in full.6.
