The subject of the order is a) annual service inspection and maintenance of the HAUX STARMED QUADRO 2700/2.2/C hyperbaric chamber system, including removal on site or, if impossible, at the Contractor's premises, during the inspection of all defects in the so-called chamber systems, b) annual service inspection of the Decomat 4.0 control system, including installation of necessary software updates, and c) preparation and delivery of the above-mentioned acceptance protocol. services along with all necessary documents referred to in 5 paragraph 3 Agreement, in Polish.2.
