To provide and install a telephone exchange for the Higher Institute of Business Administration.Those who wish should contact usPlease submit your offer in the sealed envelope to the institute's office until fourteen o'clock on Monday, April 22, 2024. The offers will be opened at ten o'clock on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, noting that:
