The Damascus Health Directorate announces its desire to hold a tender to provide and install perimeter protection for the Specialized Hospital for Skin Diseases affiliated with the Damascus Health Directorate in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial, legal and technical) and in accordance with what The following:
Initial deposits: (5%) of the value of the estimated list of materials submitted by the bidder according to a table attached to the technical conditions booklet.
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value.
Duration of implementation of the undertaking: sixty days from the date of the directive order.
Delay fines are one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value .
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: Three months from the date of submission of the offer. As for the nominated bidder, the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 apply to him.
Warranty period: One year from the date of temporary receipt.
Condition books can be obtained from the Damascus Health Directorate/Contracts Division for an amount of (1, 500) one thousand five hundred new Syrian pounds.
