The second leg is valid according to the following: Primary insurance: 95, 000 LBP. Only ninety-five thousand new Syrian pounds Final deposit: 10% of the referral value Delay fine: 0.001 for each day of delay Implementation period: 100 days only Duration of the bidder-s engagement with his offer: six months Offers must be detailed in terms of specifications and price Warranty period: one full calendar year from the date of temporary receipt and the end of the temporary receipt trials Duration of the nominated contractor-s commitment to his offer: six months Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Sunday, 7/19/2026 The contractor bears all taxes Fees and advertising expenses are doubled A receipt for the book of conditions shall be attached to the offer, under penalty of rejection of the offer The bidder must submit a document of participation in the official advertisement bulletin and be classified as a mechanical or electrical specialist according to one of the following categories (fourth or fifth).
