Providing and implementing an integrated system to prevent withdrawal from studies at the University (drop-out monitoring and counteracting system) The subject of the order is: Delivery and implementation of an Integrated system for preventing resignations from studies at the University (drop-out monitoring and counteracting system), including license delivery, integration with university systems, configuration, user training, warranty and service support. Action implemented in as part of the project: "The road to a diploma - integrated activities of the University of Opole to counteract the drop-out phenomenon" under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program co-financed by the European Fund Społecznego Plus, Agreement No.:FERS.01.05-IP.08-0056/25-00. The implementation schedule (deadline for completion of individual stages) and the division of payments are detailed in point. 3.2. Chapter I of the SWZ As part of proper performance in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (OPZ), the Contractor is obliged to: 1.Providing a license for the software that is the subject of the order, 2.Preparation of pre-implementation analysis, 3. Carrying out installation and parameterization works, 4. Activation of the functionalities listed in the framework defined requirements, 5.Integration with the Ordering Party's domain systems, 6. Performing functionality tests and correcting any implementation errors, 7. Conducting training for users and administrators...
