The subject of the order is: Delivery and implementation of an integrated system for preventing withdrawal from studies at the University (drop-out monitoring and counteracting system), including the supply of licenses, integration with university systems, configuration, user training, warranty and service support. Action implemented as part of the project: "The road to a diploma - integrated activities of the University of Opole to counteract the drop-out phenomenon" as part of the program European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, Agreement No.:FERS.01.05-IP.08-0056/25-00. Implementation schedule (deadline for completion of individual stages) and payment breakdown in detail specified in point 3.2. Chapter I of the SWZ As part of proper performance in accordance with the description of the subject of the order (OPZ), the Contractor is obliged to: 1.Providing a license for the software that is the subject of the order, 2. Preparation of the analysis pre-implementation, 3. Performing installation and parameterization works, 4. Activation of functionalities listed within the defined requirements, 5.Integration with the Ordering Party's domain systems, 6. Performing functionality tests and making any improvements implementation errors, 7. Conducting training for System users and administrators, 8.Providing documentation and instructions to users, 9. Warranty services and service support for a period of up to 24 months...
